INahan Judith

Inahan means Mother in Cebuano language.
My grandmothers name was Ina and in honor of my female lineage the name Inahan arose.

“The influence of a mother in the lives of her children is beyond calculation.”—James E. Faust

We all need a Mother, whether this is the one that gave us life by birthing us into this world, Mother Earth, the Universal Mother, the ideal Mother or the one that took the Motherrole in your life.

When we make the transition into Motherhood it is essential to be held and supported by a Mother figure, nurtured and initiated. Creating a safe haven from where we can nurture our next generation.

My name is Judith Jansen, founder of Inahan Holistic

My STORY

Judith was born in 1985 in the South of the Netherlands.

In 2018 her own journey into Motherhood started. The pregnancy was beautiful, she and her baby were healthy and simultaneously she was confronted with the challenges, emotional changes and physical discomfort. She made a very conscious decision to create beautiful memories during her pregnancy and experiences that would make the connection to her unborn baby stronger.

On a 10 day Vipassana during her pregnancy she felt a deep connection with her baby and trust in becoming a mother. In October that year she became the proud mother of Matteo, who was born in a warm bath at home.

In 2020 she had given birth to her second son, Otis. His birth was a truly magical waterbirth. She had an holistic preparation process guided by her friend and doula. In this birth she felt deeply connected to her baby and the natural capability of her body, completely calm, centered and surrendered.

Going through the process of pregnancy, birth and journey into Motherhood was truly transformative for her. Realising what is already there and what she had missed in this journey inspired her to create the safe haven every woman in motherhood needs.

SPIRITuality & SCIENCE

Judith combines the spiritual world with science. She is a master degree psychologist, physical therapist and yoga teacher. With many years of experience working in health care and personal development through coaching, Vipassana meditation retreat, courses, breathwork, hypnobirthing and deep introspection she can hold space for mothers to dive into transformation.

Judith has developed a deep trust in nature and life itself. Aliveness, peace, adventure, connection and love are her true values. Reaching out to the universe has given her beautiful opportunities in life. Currently she is living with her boys in a Yurt in a community in Portugal, where she has found her ‘Village’.

‘One generation of loving parents would chANGE THE BRAIN OF THE NEXT GENERATION, AND WITH THAT,

THE WORLD
